Paint Party Cancellation Policy

We offer a mobile paint party service. When you book an event, we immediate begin preparation for your event. It takes time, material, and manpower to create a positive experience.

We understand that life can happen. Accidents occur. Conflicts arise. Emergencies arise. Any of these can affect your ability to maintain commitment to the event.

Below is our Paint Party Cancellation Policy based on the different types of events we offer. You can also find more information by checking out these links:

In-Person Private Paint Party

Balance due, rescheduling, cancellations, or any other changes must be made at least 7 business days BEFORE the class or risk additional fees and/or forfeiture.

Securing your date and time

Your in-person private paint party is booked by returning:

  1. Completed contract; and
  2. 50% non-refundable Event Retainer Fee

This is used to hold the desired date and time (after Berkowski & Co. have confirmed availability).

Your date/time is not secured until the contract AND non-refundable Event Retainer Fee have been returned to Berkowski & Co. The sooner this step is completed, the better! Once you have paid the fee and returned a contract, the slot will be blocked out on the calendar, this securing your private party.

Remaining balance due

7 BUSINESS DAYS before your event: The remaining balance is due.

3 to 6 BUSINESS DAYS before your event: A $20 late fee will be assessed and added onto the remaining balance due if paid within 3 to 6 business days of the scheduled date.

3 or LESS BUSINESS DAYS before your event: If the remaining balance due is not paid within 72 hours BEFORE your scheduled event OR if the Host is unresponsive, you will automatically forfeit all paid amounts and your event will not take place.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your paint party once IF you notify us at least 7 business days BEFORE your party date and time and your balance is paid in full.

Subsequent rescheduling will result in either:

  1. Store credit in the amount of the party package; or
  2. Subject to an additional fee of 50% of the party package cost.

Rescheduling is not available for events with a balance due. Subject to date and time availability. Store credit shall be treated the same as a Gift Card. For information on our Gift Cards, visit HERE.

The Event Retainer Fee is non-refundable. All refunds, rescheduling, and store credit is at our sole discretion. Refunds shall be issued back to the paying member in the same method used to pay. We cannot transfer between persons or contracts.

Cancellation

We regret to lose the opportunity to paint with you. we know life happens, and we hope to work with you in the near future. If you need to cancel AND you balance is paid in full, then the following shall apply:

CANCEL 7 OR MORE BUSINESS DAYS from the party date: You shall receive a full refund of the amount you paid less the non-refundable Event Retainer Fee.

CANCEL LESS THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the party date : You shall NOT receive a refund for any of the amount paid.

If your balance in not paid in full AND you cancel, you shall forfeit all amounts paid.

Micellaneous Policies

NO-SHOW

If, on the day of the event, you are a "no-show", you will foreit all depsoits and fees made. No refunds or credit will be given.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKING

All bookings with 7 or less business days advance notice shall have their entire amount due immediately and be subject to the policies stated above.

SAME-DAY BOOKING: An additional $100 fee shall apply for all same-day bookings.

WEATHER

We cannot predict the weather. Therefore, a scheduled private event will still go on rain or shine on the day of. Rescheduling can occur at our discretion and subject to availability.

EXCLUSIONS: Snow fall greater than 2" or weather emergencies.

In-Person Public Paint Party

Transfers, cancellations, or any other changes must be made at least 72 hours BEFORE the class to receive credit for a future event.

Refunds

Sorry, we do NOT offer refunds or credits of any kind for Public Events. These are live entertainment events, much like a concert or conference which depend on pre-paid seats to hold the class.

If you are unsure of the date, you may also request a reservation credit for a future date of equal value. Reschedules must be made within 90 days.

Transfers

We understand that things happen out of our control and interfere with the things we enjoy. If needed, you may reschedule a Public Event IF you provide us prior notice at least 72 hours BEFORE the event with your:

  1. Name
  2. Confirmation number
  3. New date you would like to register for

The transfer must be for an event of equal value. Transfers must be used within 90 days or else the credit will be void. Tickets can be transferred one time.

Transfer requests MUST be made through our website. Requests through 3rd party channels and/or social media are NOT guaranteed. 3rd Party Vouchers cannot be transferred.

Vouchers

Occasionally, we may use a 3rd party to provide vouchers or redemption codes for our public events. These are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. In the event we have to cancel a class where you used a voucher, you will be able to transfer your credit to another upcoming event.

Involuntary Cancellation and Late Arrivals

Classes may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or low capacity. You have the following options should your class be involuntarily canceled:

  1. Purchase refunded
  2. Ticket transferred
  3. Take a store credit

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past the start of the class, you will be asked to reschedule or take store credit. Reschedules must be used within 90 days or else the credit will be void.

Day-of events shall not be granted cancellations, transfers, refunds, or store credits. Thank you for understanding.

No-shows and Late Cancellations

No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit their ticket and may not reschedule. There will no credits or refunds.
