About Our Gift Cards
Thank you for being our customer at Berkowski & Co.! Your Gift Card purchase helps our small business grow. Here is what you need to know about your Gift Card (both Digital Gift Cards and Gift Certificate work the same way):
TREAT IT LIKE CASH
Please treat your card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
NO REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGES
Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Please treat this card like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or if used without authorization.
ONLY REDEEMABLE AT B&CO.
Your Gift Card can only be redeemed only at Berkowski & Co. It may be used in-person at our pop-up shops or online at https://www.thebff.store.
CANNOT EXCEED THE BALANCE
Your card may only be redeemed for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on your card.
REDEEMABLE FOR MOST GOODS AND SERVICES
Your Gift Card may be used on most goods or services we offer, such as balloons, kits, and delivery. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.
A gift card can be used on an order that includes the initial delivery of a subscription, but it can't be added as a payment method for a subscription. You must add an eligible payment method to the checkout to be billed for future subscription payments.
USE IT UNTIL IT RUN OUTS
The balance on a gift card may be spent on more than one order, so long as there is still a balance on the gift card. You can use multiple gifts cards on a single order, so go ahead and stack them!
USE IT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE
Have a discount code for our products? You can still use the gift card to pay the balance! (Gift Card purchases are excluded from all discounts and promotions.)
NEVER EXPIRE; NO FEES
Your Gift Card never expires, and we never charge inactivity fees. Use it now, save it for later. It's your choice!
BALANCE INQUIRY
Have a Gift Card that you just found in that forgotten pile of mail, even though it's been a year since your birthday? Need to know how much is left on it? Just send us a message with the last four (4) digits of the code (usually a combination of letters and numbers) and how much the starting value was. We'll let you know how much is left!

REFUNDS
YOU BOUGHT AN ITEM AND NEED TO RETURN IT:
If you need a return but used a Gift Card to purchase the goods or services, your refund will go back to the Gift Card used. If you split paid with a Gift Card and another form of payment, the refund will be applied to the Gift Card first, until it reaches the full amount available for refund. Any remainder refund will then be applied to the other payment method(s).
YOU BOUGHT A GIFT CARD AND WANT A REFUND:
Gift Cards may only be refunded if they (1) have not been used (full balance is still available) and (2) the refund falls within our Refund and Return Policy window of 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase. A refunded Gift Card will be deactivated immediately.
NOTE: The value of the Gift Card will be credited to the original form of payment, such as a credit card used for the purchase.
All refunds will be processed following our Returns and Refunds Policy found HERE.
NO PROMOTIONAL USE
Berkowski & Co. Digital Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may be used for personal or business gifts, but may NOT be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities.
