    Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

    We do not offer wholesale pricing. However, we do offer bulk discounts for some products like our giant LED balloons. To see is a product qualifies for bulk discount, please check the listing.

    I don't see what I want. Can I place a special order?

    Yes, in some cases, we can special order an item for you. Please contact us directly HERE if you are interested in a special order. Include item description, quantity, and (if applicable) deadline you need the item(s) by.

    Orders + Shipping

    Do you offer local delivery or local pickup?

    Currently, we do not offer Local Pickup or Delivery for online orders. We only offer Local Pickup and Delivery for contracted event-specific orders and services; details for pickup/delivery times will be listed in the contract.

    We hope to offer Local Pickup and Delivery soon.

    Packaging

    Do you offer gift wrapping?

    No, we currently do not offer gift wrapping. We hope to offer this service in the near future.

    We accept several different payment options, with some limitations:
