Paying for a Public Event
Accepted forms
We accept cash (in-person only), Venmo, PayPal, most debit/credit cards, business checks, and Zelle. We do not accept personal checks.
How to pay
INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: This is the most common method. We create an Event link on our website. Painters can checkout online and receive an email containing their reservation information and ticket. Each paying guest gets their name added to a guest list.
A minimum of 5 painters is required for the Event to go on. If the minimum is not met, the event may be cancelled or rescheduled. +$10 fee for walk-in painters, if space allows.
Events with Individual Reservations are subject to our In-Person Public Paint Event Cancellation Policy.
BUSINESS BUYS A PACKAGE: We create an invoice for a certain number of seats. The business pays this invoice and is responsible for who they give the seats to.
If a business buys a package, it is treated like a Private Paint Party and is subject to the In-person Private Paint Party Cancellation Policy.
Scheduling a Public Event
We suggest booking a Public Paint Event at your establishment at least 2 to 3 months in advance. We are a small team offering Paint Party Services, and we can book up fast. For locations with good turnout and support, we also offer re-occurring Event schedule blocks.
