How to start the process

Contact us at returns@thebff.store. Include a brief reason for your concern. Attach at least 2 to 3 pictures of the product.

IMPORTANT! Make sure you have the receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Return Requests done automatically online will not be accepted for all Special Orders.

Where to return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving a RMA will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Inspect your order immediately

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If any products were wrongly shipped, damaged, or defective, take 2 to 3 pictures right away and send it to us at returns@thebff.store.

Orders that do not have proof of damage, defectiveness, or are wrongly shipped will not be eligible for refunds or returns. We may require you to send the damaged/defective/wrong product back to us to receive a replacement.

Special Order Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, candy, plants, or flowers) - including items that are melted, damaged, or broken
  • Custom products (such as personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale items (e.g. Clearance, Last Chance items)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item at returns@thebff.store.

Exchanges

We spend time, money, and effort to create each Special Order.

Due to the unique nature of the products, requests for exchanges or substitutions for all Special Orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any exchanges or substitutions made will be subject to a purchasing cost of the current whole retail price plus 25% reorder fee.

We may import part or in whole your Special Order. Replacements may be subject to delays outside our control due to importation and shipping. In some cases, substitutions for in-stock product may be available at our discretion.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less a 25% restocking and handling fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@thebff.store.

When we process orders; fulfillment time

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make and ship a product. Fulfillment of your order will vary by product, size, and complexity. The larger the item or greater the quantity, the longer it will take to complete. We process orders during normal hours of operation:

  • Sunday - closed
  • Monday thru Thursday - 9am to 5pm
  • Friday - 9am to 2pm
  • Saturday - closed


We do NOT process orders during major holidays, weekends, or days we are closed. All times are CST.

How long to fulfill my order

We know you are excited to get the perfect combination for your event or venue. To make your vision come true, we may import products from across the globe. It can take 3-4 months to complete the importation and fulfillment process (although we aim for a much shorter timeframe). You’ll get updates on your Special Order as they become available.

Shipping cost

Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on your Special Order Invoice. We use USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Currently, we do not offer Local Pickup or Delivery for online orders. We only offer Local Pickup and Delivery for contracted event-specific orders and services; details for pickup/delivery times will be listed in the contract.

Delivery once shipped

The following guideline includes all shipping options and the estimated amount of time for delivery. Not all options are available for all products. Please see your checkout cart for the most accurate delivery time and availability.

NOTE: Delivery times are estimates only. Times may be longer during peak traffic, holidays, or severe weather.

USPS

  • Ground Advantage - 2 to 5 business days
  • Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days
  • Priory Mail Express - Next day to 2-day

UPS

  • UPS Standard - 4 to 7 business days
  • UPS Ground - 1 to 5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select - 1 to 3 business days

Track your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thebff.store with your name and order number. We will assist you as soon as possible.

Lost, stolen, or misplaced package

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided on your order, we are not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. Please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number, and they will assist you with any questions.

We have a comprehensive Balloon and Battery Policy and Disclaimer. Please read thoroughly. We do not guarantee any balloon and battery product once it leaves our hands, including Special Orders.
